AI and data partner accountable for one critical flow

Most companies I meet have plenty of AI ideas. What they lack is one senior person who owns a flow until the improvement works and can be measured. That's the engagement: one flow, six months, and I'm accountable.

Describe your workflow

The flow stuck between people, data and systems

The flow affects revenue, margin, service or management decisions. Orders and documents handled by hand, exceptions nobody owns, a report that takes days to produce, or a decision that always waits for the right numbers.

The engagement fits owner-led and mid-sized companies where the CEO, COO, CFO or a commercial lead owns the problem and can give access to the systems and people around it. IT usually joins as the technical co-owner. You're buying accountability for this one flow getting better, not a menu of technologies.

  • Order and document handling across email, PDFs and business systems.
  • Exceptions and deviations currently handled in spreadsheets.
  • Recurring reporting and management follow-up.
  • Enquiries and customer data that need to land correctly in the CRM.

Decision Sprint: evidence first

We start with a bounded Decision Sprint, usually two to three weeks. I map the process and systems, set a baseline for how the flow works today and estimate what an improvement is worth. We name an owner on your side and review risks, permissions and data quality.

The output is a six-month execution plan you can decide on. The plan may also say the flow isn't worth automating yet. The sprint is a paid engagement with its own deliverable.

Six months of execution with monthly review

After the decision I build what the plan requires: data pipelines, integrations, automation, analytics and, where it fits, AI agents with limited permissions and human approval. The flow decides the tools. I work in the systems myself and explain the decisions to leadership.

Every month we compare against the baseline: what improved, what doesn't work and what comes next. A change that doesn't hold up gets removed rather than defended.

  • A named owner and a measurable target for the flow.
  • Monthly review against the Decision Sprint baseline.
  • Documentation and handover of everything built.
  • Operation and support after six months only if we agree on it.

What does it cost?

AI-related work starts from SEK 2 000 per hour, excluding VAT.

The Decision Sprint is the fixed-scope start. It has its own price and its own deliverable, a plan you can decide on, and you don't commit to the execution phase before it's done.

If you want to continue after the start, we move to a monthly scope. We agree how much time and which deliverables each month includes, and we check every month whether the scope still fits.

We agree the price before any work starts, so you know what you are paying for before the first invoice. It depends on how many systems are involved, how access to data looks and how much of the work you want to do yourselves.

For the six months of execution we work from the sprint's plan, so the scope rests on what we've actually seen in your systems.

How we start

Describe the flow that costs the most today: what starts it, which systems it touches and who notices when it breaks. I'll tell you whether an engagement makes sense and what a Decision Sprint would look like for you.
