Do some people on your team use ChatGPT or Copilot every day while others have never opened it? An AI workshop with me starts from your own tasks, so everyone tries AI on work they recognise and you leave with a few things to test right away.

I start by talking with whoever books the workshop about what the team does, which tools you have and what you want out of it. The exercises use your own tasks: a quote to write, an email to answer, a report to summarise or meeting notes to turn into actions. That makes the value easier to see, and it makes the mistakes AI makes easier to spot.
For a management team the focus is where AI can help the business, what it costs and which risks to manage. For a team it's hands-on, with everyone testing on their own laptop. The length is agreed together: a half day for management, a full day for a team or a few shorter sessions with follow-up in between.

On site in Gothenburg or remote
In the Gothenburg area I'm happy to run the workshop at your office. Elsewhere in Sweden it works remotely, or we agree travel. Workshops are available in Swedish or English, and you leave with a summary and a list of tasks to test. A follow-up a few weeks later is available if you want it.
What does it cost?
AI-related work starts from SEK 2 000 per hour, excluding VAT.
A workshop has a fixed price agreed beforehand, based on length, number of participants and preparation. You know the cost before we book a date.
If you want to continue after the start, we move to a monthly scope. We agree how much time and which deliverables each month includes, and we check every month whether the scope still fits.
We agree the price before any work starts, so you know what you are paying for before the first invoice. It depends on how many systems are involved, how access to data looks and how much of the work you want to do yourselves.
If the workshop reveals a larger flow worth improving, the next step is a Decision Sprint.
Frequently asked questions
Do participants need to know anything about AI first?
No. We start where the group is and adapt the exercises so everyone gets something out of them.
Which AI tools do we use?
Preferably the ones you already have access to, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
Can the workshop be in English?
Yes. I run workshops in Swedish and English.
