Find a task worth changing

We start with the work people already do. Bring an example of a recurring report, a document search or a manual handover between systems. I ask who uses the result, what goes wrong today and what would count as an improvement.

Together we compare the benefit with access requirements, data quality and the cost of reviewing mistakes. Sometimes clearer rules or an ordinary integration are a better starting point. The assessment should give you a reason to proceed, narrow the scope or stop.

Build a bounded first delivery

I can help with internal assistants, workflow automation, data analysis and the integrations around them. We agree the input, expected output, permitted actions and test cases before connecting production systems. You work with me directly throughout the engagement.

For example, an assistant might find passages in approved internal documents and show where its answer came from. We would test missing answers and access restrictions as well as straightforward questions. This describes a possible pilot, not a previous client result.

Leave the team able to use it

A delivery can include instructions, a team walkthrough and a handover of the configuration. We decide who reviews outputs, handles failures and approves future changes. Hosting, subscriptions and ongoing support are scoped explicitly rather than assumed to be included.
