Use what your business already knows

We start with customer questions and material you have permission to use: product information, your own interviews and approved descriptions of the offer. I help separate checked facts from information that needs to be requested or verified before drafting.

Choose one format initially, such as a product description or an article answering a recurring question. We define the reader, the question the text should answer and which statements need supporting sources. Existing examples help establish the intended voice.

Build a route from brief to approval

I can set up templates and a workflow for briefing, drafting, fact-checking and editing. If you use a CMS, an integration can prepare content as drafts. Publishing permissions and any image rights need separate consideration before enabling those steps.

For example, an approved interview could become an article draft and suggestions for shorter posts. The editor checks quotations, context and wording. This describes a possible delivery, not a promise about how many pieces you will be able to publish.

Measure the editing work

We compare the new process with how you work today. How long does review take, which mistakes repeat and which drafts can actually be used? The number of generated words alone does not show whether the delivery works.
