An enquiry is not a contract
Use the form to describe a need or ask a question. Submitting it does not place an order, make a payment or oblige you to hire VasthavM. An automatic confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it does not accept an engagement.
If we proceed, we separately agree the scope, price, delivery, responsibilities, rights and any data processing terms. Those agreements govern the engagement. These website terms do not replace them.
Content and examples
Articles and other content provide general information about AI, data, websites and working methods. Consider your own circumstances before changing systems or processes. Content is not individual legal, financial or other regulated advice.
Examples do not promise specific results, savings or search rankings. Tools and methods change. Check the current source and the circumstances relevant to your situation.
Rights and use
Text, design and images are protected by applicable rights. You may link to the site and quote with attribution as permitted by law. Contact Max for other reuse. Rights belonging to other creators or providers remain with them.
Do not use the form for spam, misleading enquiries or attempts to disrupt the service. Only send information you are entitled to share.
Links, availability and updates
External links lead to other organisations’ websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Optional measurement and marketing tools described in the privacy policy load only after your consent. VasthavM may update content or temporarily close parts of the site for maintenance. Please report errors or accessibility problems to Max.
Changes to these terms apply to future use of the site and do not alter existing engagement agreements. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
