I went to upper secondary school at Hvitfeldtska and have worked with data and analytics since 2019, most recently as a BI consultant at twoday here in Gothenburg. Much of the work happens remotely, in your systems and over video calls, and that works well for most things. Some things still go better in the same room.

When we map a flow for the first time, run a workshop with the team or present a plan to management, I'm happy to come to you, whether that's in the city centre, Mölndal, Partille, Kungälv, Kungsbacka or elsewhere in the Gothenburg area. The build itself usually happens remotely, so the time you pay for goes into the work.

Businesses in western Sweden with too much manual work

Western Sweden has many manufacturing, logistics, trade and service companies where a lot of daily work still runs through email, PDFs and spreadsheets. Orders arrive as attachments, delivery notes are matched to invoices by hand and someone builds the weekly report every Monday.

I prefer working with owner-led and smaller companies where one person owns the problem and can give access to the systems. That can be the CEO, a finance lead or whoever runs sales. You don't need your own IT department to get started.

How a first meeting works

We start with a short call, usually over video. You tell me what takes time right now, which systems you use and who notices when something breaks. I'll tell you honestly whether it sounds like something I can help with.

If there's something worth pursuing, I suggest a bounded start. For a larger flow that's a Decision Sprint of two to three weeks. For a team that wants to get going with AI it can be a workshop, which we're happy to run on site in the Gothenburg area. Businesses elsewhere in Sweden work with me remotely, in Swedish or English.

What does it cost?

AI-related work starts from SEK 2 000 per hour, excluding VAT.

We start with a bounded, fixed-price first step, usually a Decision Sprint or a workshop. You know what's included and what you get before we decide anything more.

If you want to continue after the start, we move to a monthly scope. We agree how much time and which deliverables each month includes, and we check every month whether the scope still fits.

We agree the price before any work starts, so you know what you are paying for before the first invoice. It depends on how many systems are involved, how access to data looks and how much of the work you want to do yourselves.

If we meet on site, the quote states how time and travel are counted, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to be in Gothenburg to work with you?

No. Most engagements work remotely and I work with businesses across Sweden. Being in the Gothenburg area just makes it easy to meet for workshops, kick-offs and management reviews.

Will you come to our office?

Yes, in the Gothenburg area I'm happy to come when it helps, for example for a workshop, when we map a flow or when a plan is presented. The build itself usually happens remotely.

Are you an AI consultant or a data consultant?

Both. I've worked with data, analytics and BI since 2019 and now also build automation and AI solutions. For most smaller businesses the two belong together, because AI needs correct data to give useful answers.
